Every board is unique. We therefore adapt our evaluation approach to your situation and objectives. There are two ways to conduct self-assessments: they can be standardized or customized in close consultation with you.
Efficient, modern and simple – online-based evaluation
The standardized procedure focuses on the efficiency and duration of the evaluations. The core of our self-assessment is the diep evaluation tool, which offers a standardized and online-based survey option.
Each member of the supervisory body answers a scientifically validated, standardized questionnaire. The evaluation provides a detailed self-assessment of the respondents. Benchmarking the survey results enables comparison with other bodies and the identification of development potential.

- Structured individual interviews with members of the supervisory board and executive board
- Observations at supervisory board meetings
- Review the ESG readiness of your committee (in particular competencies and anchoring in committee work)
The selection of instruments depends on the objective and starting point of the evaluation and is carried out in close consultation with you. A particular focus is placed on identifying and discussing possible development potential. This forms the basis for improvement measures that we develop together with you.
