The CLA can be used to reliably measure the collective leadership quality of teams, especially in complex and challenging situations. This assessment shows you how your employees assess the current and desired collective leadership quality. The “gap” between the current and ideal team performance indicates opportunities for development. With this overview, we work with you to identify suitable starting points for necessary changes.

The CLA is integrated into a three-stage team development approach:
