Self-assessment based on the German Corporate Governance Code
The regular evaluation of the procedures and composition of the supervisory board is embedded in the German Corporate Governance Code (Section V.D.13 / 5.13). This regulation has established itself as the standard for exemplary corporate monitoring in listed companies. The subject of the efficiency review is a company’s supervisory board whose members carry out a self-evaluation in a structured process.
