At the same time, digitization in particular poses serious and sometimes existential challenges for companies. The supervisory bodies are also challenged here, the composition and functioning of which must enable the Executive Board to be monitored and advised comprehensively. Team orientation, a problem-solving-oriented culture of discussion and ambiguity tolerance are important success factors for supervisory bodies in order to actively shape the necessary change processes.<\/strong>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"one_half last \"><strong>With our services, we support supervisory bodies in the further development of their composition and working methods. On the one hand, this includes support within the scope of an efficiency check: With its help, positive characteristics but also deficits are specifically identified and necessary improvement measures initiated.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Whether in connection with an evaluation or separately, we also support you in the search and selection of suitable candidates for the supervisory board.
