Increasing complexity, ambiguity and speed place high demands on teamwork. With our team development approach, we support you on your way to becoming a high performance team &#8211; in an understandable, structured and comprehensible way.<\/p>\n<h2>Structured analysis of actual and target picture as a starting point<\/h2>\n<p>Our first step is a systematic analysis of the leadership quality of the management team. To do this, we use the globally proven Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA). The CLA can be used to reliably measure the collective leadership quality of teams, especially in complex and challenging situations. This assessment shows you how your employees assess the current and desired collective leadership quality. The &#8220;gap&#8221; between the current and ideal team performance indicates opportunities for development.
