This enables us to systematically identify potential skills gaps and suitable candidates. Personality-related aspects come to the fore: this is how we ensure that real added value is created through an optimal team fit.<\/p>\n<p>Our competency model comprises a total of five competency fields that address the relevant skills for successful personalities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Personality:<\/strong> Characteristics of a person&#8217;s personality that enable them to perform their tasks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Interaction:<\/strong> Contact and cooperation skills to act successfully even in controversial interpersonal situations<\/li>\n<li><strong>Knowledge:<\/strong> Ability to reflect on and make judgments in the required specialist areas or subject areas<\/li>\n<li><strong>Methods:<\/strong> Ability to independently apply strategies, solve problems and implement intentions, as well as develop them further.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Experience and skills in dealing with companies, employees and managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!-- <img
