This applies not only to listed companies, but especially also to family businesses. For this reason, a regular evaluation of the procedures and composition of supervisory boards or advisory boards in accordance with the Governance Code for family businesses is taking place with increasing frequency. This should consider the diversity and individuality of family businesses in terms of their legal forms, sizes, forms of financing and ownership structures.<\/p>\n<p>We can provide support in preparing and carrying out your efficiency review.
