From many years of consulting and management experience, we know that three aspects are essential for this: Open and unbiased feedback, the ability for critical self-awareness and a leadership model that supports the assessment and improvement of leadership skills by following one&#8217;s own &#8220;leadership journey&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">360\u00b0 assessment as a starting point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our 360\u00b0 assessment is the starting point for the further development of leadership skills: systematic, comprehensive and from different perspectives. We use the Leadership Circle Profile\u2122 360\u00b0 Assessment (LCP) &#8211; a scientifically based 360\u00b0 feedback method. This combines the leadership competencies examined with the underlying mindsets. This clarifies the relationship between patterns of action and inner convictions that influence behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the self-assessment and the assessment by superiors, peers and employees along 29 assessment dimensions, benchmarking is carried out against more than four million comparison profiles. This makes it possible to determine one&#8217;s own level of leadership maturity and supports the interpretation of the evaluation results. Specific measures for improving the effectiveness of one&#8217;s own leadership actions are derived from this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uncovering the &#8220;operating system&#8221; of managers with the LCP<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The LCP creates an overall picture of leadership behavior that visualizes and immediately reveals all relevant information. By measuring and presenting the primary areas of leadership &#8211; creative competencies and reactive tendencies &#8211; the &#8220;operating system&#8221; of managers is revealed. The comparison of external and self-image clarifies strengths and weaknesses in one&#8217;s own leadership behavior. This forms the basis for the personal development path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">START THE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The LCP is integrated into a three-stage leadership development approach:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(1) Mobilization: <\/strong>Onboarding with clarification of expectations, procedure and objectives<br><strong>(2) Assessment: <\/strong>Thematic deep dives<br><strong>(3) Collective Leadership Journey: <\/strong>Development planning, measures and follow-ups<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We help to strengthen and develop the leadership skills, adaptability and confidence of the entire team so that they can lead successfully in the challenging conditions of a dynamic and ambiguous environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Embark on your own leadership journey How can the effectiveness of managers and top management teams be increased?
